Inspur Was Blacklisted. $5.6B of US AI Tech Went Anyway.
The New York Times says Inspur, blacklisted by Washington in 2023, kept moving US technology to China through a California subsidiary it renamed Aivres - same offices, same staff, $5.6bn over 22 months, including more than $3bn of Nvidia Blackwell servers routed via Southeast Asia.
